What is my recourse if I paid for the entire year's memebership in one lump sum just 10 weeks ago? I will not go to LA Fitness... but I also do not want to just forfeit the $351 unused membership dues (if our gym were to close on 7/1/09). :(

Hoping it doesn't come to that. Also, willing to go in on the member buy-in to make it a co-op gym. But, if none of that works out... Advice?
